Isabel Fox is a Registered Patent Agent and has worked with Gallium Law since 2018. Her practice largely revolves around prosecution of utility and design patents, including conducting patent landscape searches, drafting patent applications, and responding to office actions from the USPTO.
Isabel enjoys collaborating with clients to help transform their initial notes and sketches into full-fledged patent applications, and, ultimately, into issued patents. During her time at Gallium Law, Isabel has gained experience drafting patent applications across diverse technology areas, including medical devices, manufacturing equipment, smart electronics, and consumer products.
Isabel graduated with her B.S. in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame and entered the Master of Science in Patent Law (MSPL) program at the University of Minnesota Law School. Upon completing the MSPL program, Isabel passed the Patent Bar Exam to become a registered patent agent and began working for Gallium Law. She previously interned at the VA Medical Center in Sacramento, CA, and at Black Hills IP in Minneapolis, MN.
A native of Northern California, Isabel grew up outside of Sacramento and now resides in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, near Lake Tahoe. In her free time, she enjoys taking her dog for long walks, cooking, baking, and (depending upon the season) either visiting the beach or snowshoeing.
