Kristin is excited to join Gallium Law in 2025 as an intellectual property paralegal with a background specializing in foreign and international patent prosecution.

Kristin focused her undergraduate studies on the archaeology of the American Southwest, graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Her time working in the Archaeology lab cataloging ceramic motifs and updating skeletal records in the Physical Anthropology lab prepared her for her entry as a paralegal, focusing on critical attention to nuance and detail while maintaining a thorough recordation process.

Her passion for research in her undergrad years followed through into her career as a paralegal. She loves working in the ever-changing field of Intellectual Property and actually gets excited to dig into the various patent manuals and legal guides published by the patent offices worldwide. One of her favorite aspects of working in IP is that the field is constantly developing and growing, and there is always something new to learn.

After working in the Bay Area for the first few years following her graduation, Kristin returned home to Orange County and also returned to volunteering with her local legacy Girl Scout troop. She enjoys all things camping, hiking, and backpacking outdoors and hopes to one day hike the John Muir Trail. Kristin also has a passion for sewing and costuming and you can find her attending her local Renn Faire every year.
